Vice President of Programs (Alpharetta office)
The vice president of programs will oversee child welfare programs to ensure that they are designed, implemented and operated to maintain state performance standards. He or she will be responsible for budgets and revenue targets, build key relationships with government entities, maintain state compliance and establish work processes. Ten years of experience in social services or healthcare operations administration and management and a master’s degree in social work, healthcare, business management or a related field are required. Area Managing Director
The area managing director works closely with the leadership team to create, communicate, develop, execute and sustain operations in a targeted geography and manages a team of family consultants. Successful candidates will be able to work in a self-directed manner with a high level of organizational and relational ability. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the child welfare system and strong clinical knowledge, particularly in the areas of childhood trauma, family-systems, substance abuse and/or sexual abuse. Foster Family Consultant
Foster family consultants work closely with child protective services and the juvenile court system to manage children's deprivation cases toward permanency. They participate in matching foster children with foster families during the placement process and ensure each child's safety, permanency and well-being while in foster care through home visits and frequent involvement with the child, foster family and birth family. They also support birth family reunification efforts through birth parent visitations and intentional birth parent support and promote foster placement stability through foster parent coaching, 24/7 support, service coordination, spiritual guidance, treatment planning and crisis intervention. Experience working with foster children and families and a bachelor’s degree in a human services field are required.
