FaithBridge Foster Care: Atlanta Metro Area

Home Study Specialist: The home study specialist is responsible for completing foster and/or adoptive home studies for the purpose of recommending approval or re-approval for prospective or current foster, respite or adoptive families. The home study specialist assesses, evaluates and helps to train potential and current foster and/or adoptive families. Volunteer Coordinator: The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the management of FaithBridge volunteers. This includes the volunteer approval process, volunteer compliance, volunteer relationships and matching of volunteers to foster families. The Volunteer Coordinator also manages and assists our church partners with maintaining the fidelity to the Community of Care Model and ensures that all FaithBridge foster families have access to support. Click here for the full job description and to learn how to apply.

Training Content Manager: The Training Content Manager primary function is to lead Foundations training. The Training Content Manager monitors quality assurance in all trainings that they lead. This role provides content management across all platforms and ensures that every FaithBridge training experience meets the desired expectations. The Training Content Manager serves as a project manager for training development team and ensures that changes are implemented. This position is required to travel to all markets to provide training as needed. Foster Family Consultant - Metro Atlanta: The Foster Family Consultant (FFC) is our unique version of the case management role within a child placing agency. FFCs work closely with DFCS and the juvenile court system to manage children's deprivation cases toward permanency. They ensure each child's safety, permanency, and well-being while in foster care through home visits and frequent involvement with the child, foster family, and birth family. Click here for the full job description and to learn how to apply.

Home Study Contractor (part-time):  Home study contractors are responsible for completing foster and adoptive home studies. They assess, evaluate and help train parents. Three years of experience in the child welfare industry, preferably in licensing foster or adoptive families, and a bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or related field are required.
