Director of Quality & Compliance: The Director of Quality & Compliance is expected to assist the VP of Operations with all aspects of measuring and improving standards, policies and compliance. Area Managing Director: The Area Managing Director will be responsible for the direct supervision of approximately five Foster Family Consultants and approximately 75 foster children. In new markets the Area Managing Director may carry a partial caseload and assume additional responsibilities for church recruitment and relationships, volunteer management, home study supervision and training coordination. The Foster Family Consultant (FFC) is our unique version of the case management role within a child placing agency. FFCs work closely with DFCS and the juvenile court system to manage children's deprivation cases toward permanency. They ensure each child's safety, permanency, and well-being while in foster care through home visits and frequent involvement with the child, foster family, and birth family. Home Study Contractor (part-time): Home study contractors are responsible for completing foster and adoptive home studies. They assess, evaluate and help train parents. Three years of experience in the child welfare industry, preferably in licensing foster or adoptive families, and a bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or related field are required.
