About Liberty's foster care ministry
Liberty Church announced its foster care ministry, called
Liberty Cares, in March 2011. The naming of its foster care
ministry, Liberty Cares, derives from the passage Psalms 72:4: "He
will defend the afflicted among the people and save the children of
the needy; he will crush the oppressor."
